These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Triple C Pressure Washing website and services. By using our website or requesting services, you agree to these Terms. Triple C Pressure Washing is a family owned exterior cleaning business operating in Fresno & The Central Valley.

Services

We provide exterior cleaning services including but not limited to exterior soft wash, concrete cleaning, rooftop wash, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and solar panels cleaning. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free written estimates before work begins. Estimates are based on the information you provide and a visual assessment of your property. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ significantly from the estimate. We will communicate any changes before proceeding.

Scheduling and Cancellation

We schedule services during our regular business hours (Mon–Sat · 7:00a–6:00p). If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or safety conditions.

Property Access and Preparation

You agree to provide reasonable access to the areas of your property that require service. Please secure pets, move vehicles from driveways or work areas, and close all windows and doors before our arrival.

Liability

We take care to protect your property during service. However, Triple C Pressure Washing is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from conditions not visible before work begins (such as loose siding, rotted wood, or compromised seals). If you believe our work caused damage, contact us within 48 hours and we will inspect and address the issue.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept common payment methods. Returned payments or non-payment may result in suspension of future services.
